Sunflower Home Contractors is a residential remodeling company dedicated to creating thoughtfully designed spaces that balance craftsmanship, beauty, and functionality. Founded by owner Blake Covington, the company is built on over 10 years of hands-on experience in the residential construction industry. Blake has worked across multiple trades—including framing, drywall and painting, and structural building—giving him a comprehensive understanding of the construction process from start to finish.
This well-rounded background allows Blake to thoughtfully evaluate each client’s vision and translate it into a custom design that reflects their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. His goal is not just to remodel homes, but to create spaces his clients are proud to live in.
Blake and his wife, Karlee, met in 2017 and have been married since 2020. They share one child and a strong commitment to family values. Prior to entering the construction trades, Blake spent several years in the automotive industry beginning in high school, where he developed a deep appreciation for leadership, communication, and customer service. Those values continue to guide his work today, as he brings his clients’ visions to life with care, integrity, and attention to detail.
